Photographer Friends

I had such a fun Saturday! I got together with my friends Kim & Lindsey. Kim Larson is a photographer from www.lifeisartphoto.com and Lindsey Clough is a photographer from www.lindseymariephoto.com. Every time we get together, we have such a fun time talking photography and sharing ideas. It is so encouraging to get together with other photographers to talk and have fun with all the things we have in common. On Saturday Kim was our model and it was a COLD afternoon :) I shot most of these pictures over Lindsey's shoulder... so, I definitely have to give her the credit. She is a great poser :) I learned a lot just from watching her. I guess the next time we get together, I have to be the model! Yikes! I better start practicing.

Minneapolis Makeup Artist Photo Shoot

I had the BEST time this past weekend doing a portfolio shoot for professional makeup artist Megan McMartin. She had a bunch of models all lined up for a huge variety of "looks". We had such a fun time finding great spots around Minneapolis for our outdoor shots... and our models were so brave because it was FREEZING outside. We all survived and had a BLAST. Megan is really a talented artist, being able to create so many different looks. I'm excited to see here career take off! Thanks Megan for letting me be so creative with the photography!
