Kelly & Justin - July 2007

I shot my sister Kelly's wedding this summer in July. It was a hot day... but no rain in site which is always a relief when an outdoor reception is planned. Everything went off without a hitch. Kelly had asked me if I would be in the wedding party... I thought long and hard about that. I talked with her and explained that I could give her so much more if she would allow me to do the photography. It didn't take long to convince her. We had such a fun day. We wanted to do a lot of the photography in more "unusual" places.. like an alley in town. The recpetion was AWESOME too... I think it was the greatest reception, but I'm biased because the whole event took place at our farm. We put up a hugh white tent, had a great dance in our barn, candles and white lights everywhere. I think even Martha Stewart would have been proud. It was a day to remember.
